Music Ministries Director Chris Purner
Chris Purner, our Music Ministries Director, joined the staff in the Fall of 2005. Chris has ministered through music since 1995. Some of these opportunities include SpiritFest, Autumn Blaze, Crossfire Ministries, and LCMS National Convention. He and his wife Audra are members of Holy Cross, and moved to Springfield in 2004. Nursery School Director Donna Hydock
Donna Hydock directs our Nursery School and Kindergarten. This program is state licensed and operates in our recently refurbished education center, which is adjacent to the church. Donna leads an experienced and gifted staff of teachers and aides who are committed to providing an outstanding education to each and every child in the program. She also serves in leadership for our midweek and children's ministry programs.

Children's Ministries Coordinator Terri Dionisio
Terri Dionisio has been a member at Holy Cross for several years and has been actively involved in many areas of youth and children's ministries before accepting the position of Children's Ministries Coordinator. She brings years of experience and a passion to serve the Lord through teaching His Word to children. As a wife and mother of three, it is Terri's desire that all children may come to know the saving love of Jesus Christ and create a foundation that will be built upon through their teen and college years.

Teen Ministries Coordinator Mike Droege
Mike has served in full-time youth ministry for over 15 years. Upon receiving his B.A. from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Mike served in church-based youth ministry and for the last 7 on Young Life staff. As a part of Young Life, Mike has been able to lead the charge in New Jersey in developing hard to reach areas with relational outreach ministry while working with local churches in developing healthy youth work. While Mike works part-time for Holy Cross, he continues to work to develop a college leadership initiative at Rutgers University and develops urban ministires in northern New Jersey for Young Life. Mike has been married to Lucy since 1995 and has three children. They live in North Plainfield.
